I'm a novice user and I was initially thrilled that the first global command that I wrote worked. It didn't last for long.

I used KB 2011 global commands to write the following small script which calls a Macro Express routine to submit a dictation in a Remote Desktop EMR. Initially, this worked fine. However, I ran the acoustic and language optimizer, and rebooted the computer. Now the KB global command only types out  my "heard words" - submit diagnosis.  Any thoughts on how I can fix this? The macro works if I dictate the hotkeys using the command: Type control shift u

Here is the global command

HeardWord "submit"," diagnosis"
Wait 500
SendKeys "{Ctrl+Shift+u}"

Try removing the extra space between the open quote and diagnosis. Also make certain that if you create your command and lower case, the HeardWord reference must be in lower case and vice versa.
