Has anybody successfully used DNS to navigate/control MediNotes?  The program text doesn't seem to be recognized by Dragon, thus I can't select any of the words on my screen.

I'd hate to abandon this program completely, but...

I know longer use Medinotes actively, but I use to use DNS with Medinotes-e and it would work in any dialog box that would accept text.

I use to alternate between HW and DNS. Where ever you could type you could use HW or Dictation: http://www.medicaltabletpc.com/images/stories/medinotes%20hw.jpg

If anybody is interested, I have abandoned MediNotes as an EMR after 15 months of trying (too much clicking) and reverted to my old dictation style using Microsoft Access to sort patients.  Fields for date, Hx, PE, Xray, Impression, Plan, and Copies.  We then create a report and scan the paper back into Medinotes for our "EFC" : Electronic Filing Cabinet
