I'm pretty much out of a job at this point as there is no way after using dragon to do my files for the last 2 years that I could possibly type them at this point. Lunis Orcutt Top-Tier Member Posts: 22599 Joined: 10/01/2006	Are you saying that you are unable to dictate directly into your EMR? If so, can you let us know what EMR you're using? We are slightly confused by your user profile which notes that you're using both Dragon Medical and Premium 11. Perhaps you could additionally clarify that for us. Guy's Dictation Box recommendation would be a viable option unless you are attempting to dictate into 1 of the Blacklisted EMRs with DNS Premium which does not permit direct dictation or permit you to use the Dictation Box. Thankfully, I start on it tomorrow and they just upgraded and have incorporated word into the system. I have tried it out and Dragon 11 works just perfect in it. So happy!
