This problem has bothered me in 2 settings, using DNS 10.1.  I enter the name of the medication in the "ADD Medication" section of the treatment section and the medication is spelled correctly but appears with a space in front of the first letter, so the program doesn't recognize it until I click there and backspace away the space. I am not having this problem in my primary office work computer, just at home and at a retirement community where I am using remote desktop

This isn't really a solution but a temporary workaround would be to say something like “no-space ibuprofen” to eliminate the unwanted space.

Which version of eCW are you using (ver 8.xx or ver 9.xx), and is the problem only when using the fat client?
