Since installing Uni-Voice, I have tried to use the new profile (Uni-Voice) with a horrible, horrible results. I'm not sure if there is anything else I am supposed to do, but according to the instructions, I did everything correctly. Now, I am unable to even wake up my computer, let alone dictate any semblance of accurate dictation!
I went to general training, and read John F. Kennedy's entire inaugural speech, and then went back to the software, with unchanged results. My computer doesn't even recognize me using the Uni-Voice vocabulary!
I would greatly appreciate some help in getting my recognition working using

When you add additional training to UniVoice you actually destroy the profile. It would be best to reinstall UniVoice (right over the existing copy), re-run the Audio Setup Wizard, export your vocabulary from your previous user via the Words/Export menu and import that vocabulary, via the Words/Import menu, into UniVoice. We additionally recommend running a couple hundred pages of documents that are in your style of writing through the Vocabulary Builder.
Keep in mind that we offer a customer satisfaction guarantee so you are at no risk but UniVoice doesn't work for everyone. UniVoice 9.1 only has a 93% success rate but we hope to release UniVoice 9.5 next week.
Don't import your old user files into UniVoice. This will also destroy it. Simply import your commands and vocabulary via NaturallySpeaking's Words Export/Import menu.
